• ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL
• All custom orders will have duration disclaimers in the product description 
• Custom orders can NOT be canceled 
• One MUST respond and or verify our duration disclosure email sent, in order for custom order to be processed
• Italian Imports take average 60-100 business days to custom make
• USA/Domestic Imports take average 14-21 days to custom make
• b.b. Simon belts are 3-8 weeks to custom make if NOT in-stock

• In some cases DUDES can decide to accept a custom order return. If WE decide to accept the return there is a is 25% restocking fee 

 

• Due to the natural variations in exotic skins such as alligator, crocodile, ostrich, and others, no two shoes will ever be exactly alike. Each animal has a unique scale pattern, texture, and coloration, which means that while we strive to match the product photo as closely as possible, some differences are inevitable. These natural distinctions are part of what makes each pair one-of-a-kind and should not be considered defects. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and accepts these natural variances as inherent to exotic skin products.
