- ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN (14 DAYS)
- Marco Di Milano Shoes Will Take 14 Days Of Processing To Exchange
- Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shoe boxes may not be used as the shipping box.
- Order # must be included/displayed inside of return package.
- IN-STORE purchases returns are store credited and NON-refundable
- ONLINE purchases returns are refundable and or store credit.
- One can NOT combine their Store Credit with a discount
- CUSTOM ORDERS are FINAL SALE
- Buyer pays for return shipping
- Refunds can only be processed the same way as original payment
- All orders are shipped with signature required tracking to ensure theft prevention, and for this reason we do not cover lost or stolen orders
- Schott NYC products have a 25% restocking fee
- Hyper Crystal products have a 25% restocking fee

- In some cases DUDES can decide to accept a custom order or special order return. If WE decide to accept the return there is a 25% restocking fee
- Agency pulls for modeling, photoshoots, movies etc. have a restocking fee of 25% if its a special order item or custom order item it will be registered as a final sale
